“STUFF VOLUME 3”

This piece was created to be altered during a live performance at “AND SOME OTHER STUFF” presented by STUFF. The under layer of this painting consisted of a coat of orange paint, the words “Stuff Volume 3” and then a layer of tape in a stripe formation. Attached to a piece of wood at the top of the canvas, the tape was connected and intended to be a vessel to pull the tape off. Once the layer was complete, an over layer of a scene in blue was rendered to create contrast to the orage. When it was time for the performance, the tape was pulled revealing the entrance to the show.
